By registering, you are consenting to the collection and processing of your personal data. We require your personal details to facilitate your participation in the Conference and associated events. Your data may be shared with third parties such as caterers, design and print company, event management company.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the conference organisers by email. Cancellations received up to and including 24th January 2026 (45 days) will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST. Cancellations received up to and including 8th February 2026 (30 days) will receive a 50% refund, less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST. Cancellations made from 01st March 2026 are non-refundable or at the discretion of the WRPPA Conference Committee. Registration may be transferred to another person; any applicable fee difference may apply. Please notify the conference organisers by email of the replacement attendee's name and contact details.
